ABOUT GIUGI

I was born in the Dolomites, in a family of entrepreneurs, but I soon chose to follow another path. I left a comfortable life for something more uncertain, but infinitely more authentic.

From a very young age, my imagination has been a place outside of time, where I felt free, serene, complete. Classical ballet, music, nature and the endless expressive techniques I have experimented with over the years have nurtured that inner world and given it a voice. Creating, for me, is an act of love and discovery: it exposes me, nourishes me, gives me back.

Today, I draw to tell emotions, visions, inner worlds and silences. Creating images, for me, is not just a profession, but an authentic way of inhabiting the world.

I work in Milan as a fashion design teacher, freelance editorial illustrator, and space between personal projects and collaborations with realities that share my sensibility.
